Vertical centering of text

I’m working on my first Xibo show/presentation. Many of my screens will be text. I’ve looked at the HTML and CSS code but cannot figure out how to get the text to vertically center in the region. It would save me so much time and heart ache if I could just set them all to be vertically centered in the region and not have to touch each one and make an adjustment here and there.

This is probably a newbie question but any suggestions?

I was able to solve my problem. I created a table that is the same size as my region and set table border as zero and set alignment to center and it works great!
