[Version 2.3.8] Request entity too large

DSDEvices Android

Issue

When uploading a 400MB video, it loads completely and then shows an error “Request entity too large”.
PHP settings seem fine.
Uploading smaller videos work fine…

Any idea what could be wrong ?
