1 device is showing as unlicensed, however the licence portal shows this to not be the case

The best thing to do is to request support directly from your Xibo Account.

I am self hosted therefore forums are my support =(

With you Android licence, you have a support inclued.
Just open a Ticket Support on your Xibo Account.
