Unable to install xibo in samsung smart Tv with Tizen OS

Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to install Xibo to a samsung TV with Tizen OS but unable to. If I try to install directly from the internet browser in the television, it gives me error such as " This function is not supported ". I try to install the driver to a pendrive and try to install it to the tv, the installer does not read in the tv.

I would greatly appreciate if y’all could help me to sort this thing out

Hi, have you checked the firmware to make sure it is running the latest version and your monitor is listed as supported? Tizen list of supported monitors | Xibo Digital Signage

If you are still experiencing issues then please open a ticket with our helpdesk stating the model number and firmware version you are using so they can try and help you.
