Unable to download from Layout Exchange

Hi everyone,
Since the site update a few months back, I am unable to download from the Layout Exchange (https://app.xibo.org.uk/layouts). I created a login and signed in, but Chrome continually says “200 Failed - Forbidden.” I am not under a firewall, and have tried multiple browsers, but still no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve just tried it and it allows me to download.

Let me see if I can find anything further and get back to you.

We’ve not been able to reproduce this at all I’m afraid. I really can’t think of anything to suggest.

Thanks for trying, Alex. I think it’s the specific layout, as I am able to download some, but not others. I’m trying to grab the Maroon/Gold 2/3 Regions A/B on page 3.
