Unable to connect that CMS Address in Android and Windows

Hi,
Android:
How can I connect an Android Device to the server?
I am always getting an error “Unable to connect that CMS Address”

Windows Client:
In local network, I cannot connect. getting an error “Unable to connect to the remote server”.

And I also tried with the web server. I uploaded all the files to (eg :www.mywebsite.com/xibo), then, changed the details in settings.php. Then the browser shows a message “Database connection problem”.
Please suggest.

You are going to need a working CMS installation first - there are instructions here: http://xibo.org.uk/manual/en/install_cms.html

You shouldn’t have a settings.php file already, that is created by the installer - so maybe make sure you have the files from the download correctly.
