Unable save Embedded Widget

CMS Version

CMS v 3.1.3 on local server using XAMPP 3.2.2 windows version

Player Type and Version

Include the full version, including the revision number.
Player Android v3 R300 and Windows R3

Issue

Please provide full details as to the issue you are experiencing, include screenshots where possible.

Unable to save new Embedded widget,
After click save , the content always back to the default “< span style=“font-size: 48px; color:#ffffff;”>Enter text…< /span>”
even i tried to edit using visual edit, the result always back to the default .
It’s really annoying , coz nothing can embed

Any Suggestion to solve this issues ?
