Is there anyone who has made the Twitter Wall something like:

I’d say the second option is already possible - as it appears to be a tweet on a background image with the profile pic showing (our standard twitter module can do that).
The first one is far more involved and I would imagine quite an extensive module to write - there may be someone here with the expertise required to write it. As an alternative you could find out of the tweetbeam guys allowed webpage embedding, in which case Xibo could show that.
