Trouble for checking license Xibo on Android

Hi Everyone,

Our company has just purchased 32 android displays (DSdevices), we currently have license activation issues on them.

On the android displays, in the Xibo application, when we try to activate the license with the associated email address we have an error message: we do not find your email address in our system.
It seems to me that to activate the license the display must have access to http://licence.springsignage.com on port 80.

After research within our company, we are behind a proxy server using a login and password but when I try to fill in the proxy settings in Android display I can just inquire proxy name and port but I can’t enter the login and password for it.

I’m still blocked for licensing

Do you have a solution to activate the licenses in my case?

I’ve replied to your support ticket regarding this. If you can’t get standard online licencing working, then offline licencing is your next option. I believe you’re working with your reseller on this.
