Tizen Display Not Showing in CMS

Hello,
I upgraded my CMS to the newest version: 4.1.2.
I updated my perpetual license from v3 to v4.
I installed the newest Tizen player R405 on my Samsung QHR55 display.

Connection seems to work because I can add the display via the generated code and the CMS key and URL are transferred from the CMS to the display.
After initiating ‘Connect’ on the display, the screen turns black.
In the CMS no display appears.

I upgraded the license on xibosignage.com yesterday, Saturday.
My account on xibosignage.com still shows v3.

Is this maybe the issue, that the license is not updated correctly, although the ‘In Progress’ page on my account on xibosignage.com shows that my order is complete?

The problem could be resolved. Thanks to @Frazer, who was so kind helping me on Christmas Day.

The fonts were not found in the fonts folder of the library folder on the server. After uploading the fonts, the fonts.css could be downloaded and it worked again.
