Ticker doesn't show xibo 1.7.3

I have updated my cms from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 but the tickers doesn’t show Also did a fault report but i couldn’t find anything maybe you guys can look into it:

I have done that but i can’t get it to work. I’ve added the line into php.ini and the file into php folder of my webserver.

And restart the webserver but nothing happend what is the next what i can take.

You need to do the same as before to see what errors are logged now
