Ticker does not work

I have created a test campaign with different layouts. The only thing that does not work is the ticker from and RSS feed. Is there a trick to get this to work? THanks

Have you worked through the examples in the manual?

Try with the Xibo feed first (http://xibo.org.uk/feed) as sometimes feeds are broken or formatted badly.

If you can’t get it working, then some information on exactly how you’ve got things setup would be needed to help you further
