The signage display is black-and-white and I would like to know what to do

Our company has five signage units installed, but only one of them is black-and-white.

Could you share some more details about this issue you are having?

  1. What player type are you using?
  2. Are all five of your displays using the same scheduled layout?
  3. Are there differences between your signage devices? If yes, what are the differences? For example, are they all the same model and operating system version?
  4. If you schedule a different layout to the display with the issue, does that also appear in black and white?

good catch 0x0, checking the cables is a very good idea.

Imho, this sounds like standard/common HW port/cable problem/issue, not Xibo related.

ProTip: Even if your HW is purchased new, hour ago from the store and unboxed on site for implementation, it can be as simple as default 1% manufacturing line process error.

What is HW? Please tell me more.

HW = Hardware in question.

Try exchange device in error with ones that are working together with testing all cables and TVs.
