The Regular Maintenance Task will fail when set default language to "th"

Xibo CMS Version: 4.2.2 running on Docker

Issue:
I noticed the Regular Maintenance Task will always fail when the Default Language in regional setting is set to “th”.

Message from log and Last Status of the Tasks page:
Fatal Error: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect string value: ‘\xE0(…)’ for column ‘lastRunMessage’ at row 1

When I changed the Default Language to en_GB, the Regular Maintenance Task will succeed.
