I have tested the Clock widget in my 2.3.16 CMS and so far I cannot replicate your issue. I have been using Chrome version 104.0.5112.102 when accessing my CMS, could you try the same browser and confirm if the issue persists?
If it does persist, please can you clear the cached data and images from your web browser, refresh the page and try again. Does this solve the issue?
My next suggestion would be to go to the Modules menu in your CMS and click the Verify All button. Once completed please check the widget again.
I would also be interested to know if this is happening on your players when you schedule the layout or is it just in your CMS?

I cleared my browser cache
I went to the Modules menu and clicked on checked everything and it works !
I had gone to this module but I had not seen the buttons at the top of the page.
And for information the problem also replicates on the displays.
