I wonna know the community’s opinion on the best OS for Xibo clients for a network of 50+ clients.
we’re currently using Windows 10 and we’re not satisfied.
What OS do u recommend for Xibo clients and why?

Android. Because the player has more functionality (overlapping regions etc), the players can be better secured and more customized and the firmware often handles all the drivers and they are much lower-power than Intel devices.
There used to be a Linux player in 1.6 and I hear that 1.9 will have one again, that would be the ‘best’ option, but for Xibo, Android is the only viable solution right now.
If you’re looking to obtain 50+ players, I have contacts with manufacturers that make custom chips/boards and I currently have about 250 devices in the field from various manufacturers and different OS across various digital signage companies (not just Xibo).
