CMS Features and Functionality
I think it would be very valuable to have tags follow the same permissions model as media,displays, layouts etc, or something similar to how you can share / set owner on other media.

Voting up for such feature, very useful for playlist management with multiple sub clients in a single CMS instance…
When I train users, I never show this share/own feature. It’s too complicated for an end user.
I assign rights to folders and this must remain transparent.
But I understand that in some countries, end users are more familiar with managing an application and rights.
