System ui is not responding

On our screens, a small Android window appears that says “system ui is not responding“

what is happening, What did we do wrong??

server is Version 3.3.4, players are android 4-404…

players with android 3-306 are working normally. maybe we need to downgrade the android 4 players to android 3?

Maybe upgrade CMS server to v4 for player v4 compatibility …

Clone production server, update clone, test clone.
