Sync Glitch, Lead device delay

Hi everyone, i´m having some issues with the sync groups, i´m using 4 android devices with 4 tv´s to test the syncronization, the devices have android 7.1 and the latest apk, ante the lead device is always with a little delay, the other devices are well syncronized, but it´s always the lead device with delay no matter wich one i choose to be the lead.
The 4 devices are conected by ehternet to the same switch

Hi @Nicolas_Vergara , Please can you confirm if all 4 devices are of the same make/model?

Can you try adjusting the ‘Video Pause Delay’ to 200ms in the Sync Group settings?

I confirm, the 4 devices are of the same model, same android and same apk.

I already try adjusting Video Pause Delay tto 200 ms, but it´s still the same issue.

Please can you try raising the Video Pause Delay in increments of 50ms to see if there is any improvement?

Can you confirm me about the Content Synchronisation Key i have 4 layouts, one for each device,
the Content Synchronisation Key needs to be the same number in every layout? or different

The Content Synchronisation Key should be the same on each layout. Is it set to be the same?

Please can you also confirm that you are using the R406 app?

I will perform some testing here to see if I encounter the same problem.

The Synchronisation Key is the same in every layout, im using the Xibo_for_Android_v4_R406.apk and Xibo for docker Version 4.1.2

Thank you for your patience. I’ve been performing some testing here and I have found that actually reducing the “Video Pause Delay” can improve performance when the lead display is behind. Please can you try setting the “Video Pause Delay” to 75 and (if necessary) reduce it in increments of 25 to see if there is any improvement?

Hi Frazer, thank you for your time trying to help me.

I found that the delay only happens when i use images in the layouts, if i use only videos is everything OK and synchronized, so its only with images, although i´be tried changing the Video Pause Delay but it´s the same.

Please test it with images and tell me if it happens the same or not.
