Support for xibo upload limit

Hi,

im not well known about installing on a Smart TV, but i know you can use LG TV with webOS.

Player lizenz cost 60 GBP.

Updated March 2023 LG has three series of monitors that use webOS, those are Commercial, Hospitality and Signage series, the underlying API is different between them, only the Signage series running webOS 3.0 or higher is compatible with Xibo for webOS player.
