I’ve been a long term xibo users and feel that there should be a live chat room where small support requests would be resolved immediately and experienced xibo users can help new users get started quickly.
Of-course, it’s just a suggestion.

I think that’s the role of this discussion area. Replies are pretty well instantaneously shown?
That is definitely what we intend this community to be used for
Live Chat is good, but it means that the knowledge is “lost” once the chat is over… here we are capturing it for future people to search
Hmm yes, I never thought about this. May be in the future there would be a need for such implementation.
