Stuck uploading media files to a player

Issue

Xibo is stuck uploading media files to player. The installation is fresh and the file size is only around 200 KiB.
I already tried changing the file ipload mode to Apache.

Am i missing something?

Solution:

Using a SQL password without special characters fixed the problem.
Xibo will not install properly with a complex password.
