Friends, my players are not sending statistics or my server is not receiving. Can someone help me with this? I have android players and windows, in the settings of the players are marked the options of statistics. So it is reset every day.
It has some procedure to be carried out, port releases on the server, specific configuration, everything was going well and for 15 days it was gone.

It should not be needed to open any additional ports etc, if player can communicate with the CMS, then assuming that stats reporting is enabled it should send statistics to the CMS - Statistics reporting
