I am actually evalmuating Xibo and I was wondering if there is a possibility that display gets shutdown and start remotely ?

As for Windows, there is quite a lot of software that will let you connect to other PC remotely (teamviewer etc.)

HI Peter,
Thnaks for your reply. This si not exaclty what I was meaning. I did not meant to have access to client remotly but instead I have seen some other type of disgital signage system for instance which are capable at certain time to shutdown the player and starting up automatiucally the next day.

The possible scenario is for instance a retail shop which have opening hours. Then PC will be automatically startup when shop open and for instance stoped 1 hours after shop close. This without use action

Any idea if it is possible to schedule this from XIbo?

Its hard to make it work with Android althought i read your guide
We intend to install some apps on android to schedule the power but its not successful.
Why dont you build an intergrated feature into the CMS to make it easier ?
