Issue

Please describe in detail the issue you are experiencing, including any errors shown on the Player Status page or in the Logs section of the CMS.
For an unknown reason, we are experiencing an Error on our Windows Displays referencing an SQLite Exception that references C:\Users\Dan. This seems like an issue with the application and I have screenshots below. The issue causes our players to get stuck on the “Xibo Open Source Digital Signage” splash screen and to not download new content from the server.

Check the Library Location for the Player has been set to a normal local folder that the Player is running and has permission to write to. If this seems to be the case then stop the Player, delete the contents of the Player library and start it again.
