I am trying to install the CMS on a server running CPanel however the install is saying I am missing SOAP. I have followed the CPanel guidance on how to add SOAP but it is still showing as missing.

The test for the SOAP module is working OK so your PHP instance doesn’t have the module loaded properly.
You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to ask why it’s not being loaded for you.
Is there a way to tell Xibo to look in an alternative directory for the SOAP files?
The module is loaded in to PHP not in to Xibo. You need to ensure PHP is correctly configured. Your hosting provider are the only people who can help you with that.
