I’ve seen this problem before on another post but there is not really a solution there.
I have this problem where when i log in to my cms as admin it can load for up to 5 minutes but when i try to log in as a normal user it loads in half a second.
Version 2.3.8
Also once i am logged i can see 0 displays on dashboard, when i switch to another tab and try to go back to dashboard it also loads for about 5 minutes and still doesnt show the displays.

You could check your internet access or the proxy settings.
It happens to your admin account and not in the user account because the Xibo news are enabled in the admin account.
You can also disable the news.
