I’m thinking of lowering the video resolution, what is the recommended resolution? Currently it’s 1080p.

For the video format compatibility with Xibo Players, we require that they are in a .mp4 format and encoded in H264, please see reference here.

To ensure that your videos are compatible with Xibo Players, you may use a 3rd party tool called ‘Handbrake’ and select the preset ‘Fast 1080p30’ as shown in the screenshot below.
