Sidebar position

Hi,

How can I set sidebar position ? For example;

I view About menu with using sidebar
When I click on this menu, side bar rise up but I want to stay where it is

Sorry - im not sure what you mean - can you provide a screenshot of what you want to do?

First state: I want to click on Report Fault and sidebar is below

After I clicked on Report Fault, sidebar and dashboard’s menu is above

But I don’t want it. When I click on any where sidebar stay where it is.

Sorry, but I don’t know how that can be done (the page reloads when you make a selection) - perhaps some design expert has some ideas.
