Set html lang from en to de

Hey All,
I test some RSS-Feeds but have Problems with word-breaking and css “hyphens”.
The should be on “de” then this css-code works correct but if i have a look on the Source-Code it is “en”

I think same thing is on the Player. Could some one explain me how to change it do “de” ?
