Hi everyone. We are currently stuck on trying to get the change layout API request to work on our self-hosted CMS. The API calls make it to the CMS fine (thanks to some logs), but they never seem to make it to the player. We’re assuming it’s an issue with the communication between XMR and the CMS but we aren’t really sure. We’ve already changed the XMR link in our CMS and have also tried the same API calls with a cloud CMS to make sure they are configured properly on our end (which was successful). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Can you give more details about the API requests you use?
Have you tried from the CMS to make the changes see if it works?

We just fixed it on Friday afternoon. It ended up that one of our variables for the XMR address configured in the CMS was set in a way that assigned two ports to it. Once we resolved that, it worked flawlessly. For anyone else having a problem, that may be something to check.
