Screen Sync Issue

Hi there,

I have come across an issue with screen sync. I have 4 screens setup with exactly same Android players connected however, only screen 1 (lead screen) is displaying the content. Other 3 are displaying splash screen and have exactly same errors in log. Errors as below:

Method: XFA:SyncManager. Message: mSyncSubscriber: Last Sync Message is old [1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 3 days, 14 hours, 40 minutes, 31 seconds and 434 milliseconds].
Method: XFA:SyncManager. Message: mSyncSubscriber: Last Sync Message is old [1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 3 days, 14 hours, 40 minutes, 22 seconds and 951 milliseconds].
Method: XFA:SyncManager. Message: mSyncSubscriber: Last Sync Message is old [1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 3 days, 14 hours, 40 minutes, 8 seconds and 258 milliseconds].
Method: XFA:SyncManager. Message: mSyncSubscriber: Last Sync Message is old [1 year, 2 months, 1 week, 3 days, 14 hours, 39 minutes, 53 seconds and 574 milliseconds].

Has anyone come across the same issue? I suspect it to be network related.

Have you tried to resync the displays and is the time correct?

Yes, tried rebooting, resyncing (removed the sync group and created again), time is also correct but it still says it’s over 1 year behind.

Is the time settings correct on your server where you host Xibo ?

i had a similar issue, and i fixed it conecting all the devices with Ethernet cable to the same switch in the same lan.
