Screen is available in overview but can not be authorized

Hello,
I’m not sure If this is already a common known issue, I currently want to connect an android player with a self-hosted cms (at the moment in the same network). I am able to connect the player with the cms but the screen then only apears in the overview and not in the screens list. Therefore I am not able to authorize the screen correctly.

Could you as a first step set the time, date and time zone correctly on your device as explained in the install guidance Date and Time section (there is a link to a helper command should you need it)

Try the player again to see it it registers.

If after following the above steps you are still having trouble then please do open a ticket with our helpdesk who can then look into this further.
