Scheduling Starting Time Plays a few seconds later

Issue

I have my default layout that plays just a video file. It works fine. Then I have another layout with the duration of 49sec. So when I set a schedule time start time as 8:30:00 and end time as 8:30:49 it cuts off before the video ends. It’s like the start of the video starts a few seconds later so only about 38sec of the video plays. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
