Hello!

One of our users is getting this padlock icon when looking at their schedule for displays.

From looking this up online, it’s my understanding that that means they only have view access to the display. However, they are allowed to view and edit not only the display but also the layout that is assigned to that schedule. Additionally, I was reading about an option called “Schedule with view permission?” that might be causing this problem, but I do not see that option. It is possible that, since the posts I saw online were several years old, that things may have changed since then. However, I’m still unsure as to how to get rid of that lock.

Turns out there was a permission issue on one of the displays that the locked schedule involved. I was able to get it resolved.
