Thank you for your message. I have been testing with your RSS feed link and I also cannot return any results. I decided to create a Layout and audit it so I could see what was happening when the data was requested. Below are the logs I found:
The feed is returning a forbidden response, which is likely due to the feed being configured to deny or forbid the user agent type that Xibo uses to access feeds. I would recommend contacting the persons responsible for the Feed and if possible, asking them to allow curl User agents access to your feed.
