Restless remove - clean new setup

Hi there,
I’m running 4 Windows Clients - 3 are running fine and one got stuck an makes trouble.
So I started to remove the client and tried to make a clean reinstall and re-authorize.
But even though I removed the client with Windows system settings and removed the directory with the config file, the new setup routine had all the old settings and data.

How can I remove the client restless?
