Reset database but keep displays and groups

Issue

My stat file has grown over 100GB which slows down my server.

How can I truncate my database, perhaps wipe all and just keep the displays and display groups and maybe layouts too if it can.

If this is not possible can I create spin up a new docker and move the displays to this new CMS, but if I transfer is effectively change the URL for the server and its displays will register the new URL. However I would like to keep the exiting URL. How would you suggest I go about this?

Side note: when I copy the folder to another server (ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS docker) and spin it up without HTTPS it seems to run faster. Not sure why the certificate is correctly install in apache when I did a configtest. Any ideas?

Is there any reason not to use the maintenance script and tasks like Stats Archive, Statistics Migration, and Remove Old Screenshots for clean-up, including deleting old logs and statistics?

except for stat migration the rest are enabled
