Registering a Display Error

Morning,

I’ve just started getting this error when I try and register a display

Client found response content type of ‘application/octet-stream’, but expected ‘text/xml’.
The request failed with an empty response.

We’re using 1.4.2

Hi,
it would usually indicate a wrong CMS address, are you sure that everything is correctly entered?
I’d also recommend update to 1.7 version.
