R63 to R101 Will Not Properly Sync Till Full Reset

I have some device that we have tried to update from R63 to R101. They will connect to say 1.7.8 and also 1.8RC1 but they will not properly sync till you completely clear the apps settings from Android. If we don’t clear them, we get an error saying the schedule is invalid.

It’s not something we’ve seen so far.

Switching between CMS instances can cause strange symptoms because the IDs referenced in one CMS will suddenly have different things attached to them in the new CMS.

You might try clearing the Player cache CMS side when that next occurs (by editing the Display or Display Settings Profile, and saving, making no changes).

We tried both of those suggestions before and the problem still persisted. We will try again as we update devices.
