Problems with existing layouts after upgrading to 4.1.0

Docker 4.1.0

Issue

While editing or copy-ing existing layout all the times unexpexted error.

This occurs when upgrading from 4.0.14 to 4.1.0. Do we need to rebuild everything? Or is this a known isseu?
