Having issue with the Countdown widget. Does Not display on the DSCS9(Latest APK). Also can’t change the background color at all no matter what I tried.
Can confirm the countdown Widget works on a DSCS9 I have for testing. Please can you try to navigate to the Modules section of the CMS and select Verify All button from the top right?
I that does not work, please can you provide us with an export of your Layout to look at?
I tried the Verify it didn’t say anything out of the ordinary.
Shows as a white box.

Just some further troubleshooting i’ve done. I’ve played with permissions. Increased region size. Changed duration on and off. Loop on and off. Changed Layer positioning. Tried to remove the background had no luck with that one. Hope this helps
