On your Shuttle device, open the app menu so it will show you all installed applications, there should be an app called ‘FileExplorer’.
You will want to find the downloaded .apk (most likely in Downloaded folder or USB if you have on USB drive connected to shuttle) and install it from that app, there should be no problems.
