Problem with HTML File presentation

Hello,
I have a problem in our Android Xibo Player. An HTML file is not displayed completely since we updated our CMS to 4.0.9. It runs on Linux-Docker.
Only a small part (10%) of the representation is displayed.
I found this message under the logs in the manager.

getResource: Failed to get data cache for widgetId 4538, e: Cache not ready

What exactly does it mean and how can I fix this error?

Hi xiboadm.

Please can share the following details:

  • What version of the Xibo for Android player are you using?
  • What is the Android OS version running on your display device?

Can you also share with me a copy of your layout containing the HTML, in a private message? I can test this to see what might be causing your issue.

Hello,
we have upgrade our CMS on Version 4.0.9 .
My Xibo for Android player was Vers. 3.12 on a Minix Box with Android 6
I doesn’t know how I can upgrade the Minix Box Android.

I’ve all so the phenomen that on one TV I see all from the layout but on the other TV with the same layout I’ll see not all like on the first one. I’m very studied because both TV’s had the same layout .
Perhaps you have an idea to this.

Hello, the problem has succesfully finished now.
The base problem was the caches/memory from chrome. I’ve cleared them all and now it works well again.
