Problem to run xibo on server 2012

Hello,

I have install now

  • Xibo 2.0.2
  • php 7.2.14
  • windows server 2012
  • Sql 5.7
  • Add config.json file
  • Add Libzmq.dll
  • Add Php_zmq.dll

In the install i get the next error: ZeroMQ
