Problem in the library search field

I have a Media called “Cartório”

When I search the library for: Cartorio, cartorio, CARTÓRIO or CARTORIO.
Nothing is displayed.

If I look for: Cartório, Cart, cart or CART.
The media “Cartório” is displayed in the result.

Can this be improved?
