Problem DSCS9 and Xibo 3.1.3 with 3.06

Hi,
After I update to Xibo 3.1.3 with 3.06 player version, I have problems freezing image for videos for a looong time only on DSCS9 players. RK android or Philips haven’t this problem.

The error logged in CMS is: 3002 Prepare Image - Out of Memory Error 2022-08-26 19:28:35 2022-08-26 19:33:35”

Any advice?

Thank you @natasha , right now I have seen the problem it’s also appear on Philips 49BDL3050Q_00.
Both have DDR3 of 2 GB. Until this version, I haven’t seen this error.

For two days I haven’t made any modifications to playlist or schedule.
