Issue
Good morning all,
I have a problem installing the CMS. One step of creating the new database I got an error message that pops up "Unable to create a new user with administrator details. Please check and try again. Error message = [SQLSTATE [ 42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 Syntax error near ‘IDENTIFIED BY’ xibo ‘’ on line 1]. SQL = [GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON xibo. * To ‘xibo’ @ 'localhost ‘IDENTIFIED BY’ xibo '] ".
I did add a root password on phpmyadmin.
I am using Wamp 3.2.3
