I was wondering if there is a way that I can have people put a powerpoint presentation into a folder on the network and it displays on the xibo screen??

If you’d save your PowerPoint as video then you could use either local video module or embed html iframe, both with fully qualified path to the video file on the network - you can use iframe with path to .ppt file, but I’m not certain if it will attempt to display or download it, you can of course try and see.
