Player update not working

Hello!

We have around 30 webOS players in the field.
There are UH5, UM5, SM3 and one LAEC015 with different firmware versions. Most of them have updated to v404, but they don’t want to update to any other version anymore.
We have switched the server to a ubuntu 24 LTS and I tried to update two of our tizen devices and they updated to v405 without any problems.
What can be wrong here? I tried clearing cache, reconfigure XMR, reboot, but without success.

Okay, the problem is v404. All displays with player v404 have to be updated manually.
In our case I sometimes deleted the player and sometimes just installed it over v404 without prior deinstallation and it worked.
